Rear lid with pre-drilled locating pin holes







- Place pins - 3 - into holes of lid - 4 -.
- Place spoiler - 1 - onto rear lid.
- Hold spoiler in position and open rear lid.

Tightening sequence for nut

- A second person is required to hold spoiler in correct position, while another screws lock nuts onto outer studs of spoiler, tightening only to hold spoiler in position.
- Apply small amount of thread lock compound to middle studs to secure nuts.







- Screw nuts - 1 - onto inner studs - 2 - until torx splines - arrow - are clear.
- Using torx socket E5, turn stud - 2 - counter clockwise until stud is in contact with reinforcement panel - 4 -.







- Hold stud - 2 - torx socket (E5) and tighten nut - 1 - using offset box end wrench.
- Measure gap - a - using adjustment gauge 3371.
- Gap - a - should be 1 mm + 1 mm.
- If gap is correct and there is no viable distortion in outer panel of lid, tighten outer nuts to 5 Nm.
- If gap is not correct, loosen nuts and adjust gap.
