Cylinder head

Insert new cylinder head bolts and tighten by hand

1.8L Cyl. Head Sequence:

Intake manifold 10 Nm

Camshaft bearing cap 10 Nm





Tighten bearing covers 2 and 4 for the intake and exhaust camshaft diagonally-first
Tighten the remaining bearing covers

Exhaust manifold 25 Nm

Main bearing cap 65 Nm plus 90° (1/4 turn)

Connecting rod bolt 30 Nm plus 90° ( 1/4 turn)

Flywheel, Multitronic





Dual Mass Flywheel, Manual Transmission





Oil Pump 16 Nm

Coolant pump 15 Nm
