Air Temperature Sensor ( Ambient / Intake ): Service and Repair

Charge Air Pressure Sensor and Intake Air Temperature Sensor

Removing

- Remove cover - arrow - at power steering fluid reservoir.





- Disconnect air duct hose - 1 - from the charge air cooler.





- Disconnect the connector - 2 - on the Charge Air Pressure Sensor (G31)/Intake Air Temperature Sensor (G42).

- Remove the bolts and then remove the Charge Air Pressure Sensor (G31)/Intake Air Temperature Sensor (G42) from the charge air cooler.

Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

• Replace O-ring.
