Engine Mount: Testing and Inspection

Subframe mount adjustment, checking





- Remove engine cover - arrows -.





- Remove EVAP canister with connected lines upward in direction of - arrow - out of retainer and lay it aside.

The following dimensions must be reached:





^ Between engine support - 2 - and right longitudinal member, there must be clearance a - = 16 mm
^ The casting edge of the engine support - 2 - must be parallel to the support arm - 1 - (dimension x = dimension x)

Note: The dimension a = 16 mm, can e.g. also be checked with a suitable cylindrical rod.
