Sunroof Frame, Removing And Installing

Removing

- Remove molded headliner.







- Disconnect electrical harness connector - arrow -.







- Disconnect water drain hoses - arrow - at front and rear on frame.







- Remove nuts and bolts - arrows -.

NOTE: A second technician is required to remove frame with sunroof operation.

- Remove frame.

Installing
Installation is the reverse of removal, noting the following:

NOTE: Replace self-locking nuts and bolts during assembly work.

- Insert frame into body and bolt on hand-tight on left and right.







- Bring centering holes of frame for sunroof operation and body - arrow - at front - and rear - arrow - to cover.







- Tighten nuts and bolts in the designated sequence.
- Front center, side, rear
- Adjust glass sunroof panel.

Tightening torque

* Replace bolts and nuts
