1 - Fuel injector insert - 3 Nm
- Insert with locking fluid
- Locking fluid.
2 - O-ring
- Replace
- Coat with clean engine oil
3 - Fuel injector
4 - Supply hose
5 - Return hose
6 - Harness connector
- For injectors
- Qty. 4
7 - Socket head bolt, 10 Nm
8 - Fuel pressure regulator
9 - O-ring
- Replace
10 - O-ring
- Replace
11 - Retaining clip
12 - Fuel rail
13 - O-ring
- Replace
- Coat with clean engine oil
14 - Retaining clip
- Make sure clip is correctly seated on fuel injector and fuel distributor
15 - 10 Nm
16 - Throttle Valve Control Module -J338-
- With throttle drive (power accelerator actuation) -G186-, Angle sensor -1- for throttle drive (power accelerator actuation) -G187-, and Angle sensor -2- for throttle drive (power accelerator actuation) -G188-
17 - Gasket
- Replace
18 - 10 Nm
19 - Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor -G42-
20 - O-ring
21 - Intake manifold
