1 - Quarter glass
Note different spacing between adhesive bead and edge of window:
- Dimension - d - = 8 mm
- Dimension - e - = 6 mm
- Apply adhesive cleanly around corners - f - to avoid leaks

2 - Pop rivet
- To remove quarter glass, drill out rivet heads and knock out shanks.
3 - Spacers
- Dimension - a - = 160 mm
- Dimension - b - = 20 mm
- Dimension - c - = 80 mm







4 - Edge molding
- Pop rivets around top of door must first be removed before edge molding can be pulled out of retainer clips
5 - Retainer clips
- When installing, seal retainer clips with window adhesive.
