Ribbed Belt Pulley With Freewheel, Removing And Installing

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required







- Multi-point adapter 3400
- 8 mm hex socket or TORX T50







Removing
- Remove generator Electrical Equipment.
- If present, press the protective cap off the generator pulley.
- Counter pulley with Multi-Tooth Adapter 3400 and turn generator shaft clockwise to loosen.

Installing
Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:
- Turn the generator shaft counterclockwise to tighten.
- Clip protective cap onto generator pulley.

Tightening torque

Ribbed belt pulley with freewheel to generator 80 Nm
