Charge Air Cooler (Intercooler), Removing And Installing







- Remove sound insulation (arrows).
- Remove front bumper.
- Remove right side headlight.
- Remove EVAP canister.
- Disconnect air hose from top of charge air cooler.







- Remove 2 bolts (arrows) for charge air cooler.
- Unclip cowl from charge air cooler.
- Disconnect air hose -2- from bottom of charge air cooler.
- Remove lower securing bolt -1- for charge air cooler.
- Take out charge air cooler from underneath.

Installation is performed in the reverse order. Note the following:
- Adjust headlights
