Fuel Rail With Injectors, Disassembling And Assembling







1 - Insert for injector - 3 Nm
- Install with locking fluid D 000 600 A2
2 - O ring
- Replace
- Lubricate with clean engine oil
3 - Injectors
- Cylinder 1 Fuel Injector -N30-
- Cylinder 2 Fuel Injector -N31 -
- Cylinder 3 Fuel Injector -N32-
- Cylinder 4 Fuel Injector -N33-
4 - Supply hose
5 - Return hose
6 - Fuel rail
7 - Hex socket head bolt, - 10 Nm
8 - Connector
- For injectors
- Qty. 4
9 - Fuel pressure regulator
10 - O ring
- Always replace
11 - O ring
- Always replace
12 - Retaining clip
13 - O ring
- Always replace
- Lubricate with clean engine oil
14 - Retaining clip
- Make sure seated correctly at injector and fuel rail
15 - Intake manifold
- With throttle valve control module -J338-
- With Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor -G42-
- Removing.
