1 - Fuel injector insert - 3 Nm
- insert with locking fluid
- Locking fluid
2 - O-ring
- Replace
- Moisten with clean engine oil
3 - Fuel injector
- Cylinder 1 Fuel Injector -N30-
- Cylinder 2 Fuel Injector -N31-
- Cylinder 3 Fuel Injector -N32-
- Cylinder 4 Fuel Injector -N33-
4 - Supply hose
5 - Return hose
6 - Connector
- for fuel injectors
- 4 pieces
7 - Socket head hex bolt - 10 Nm
8 - Fuel pressure regulator
9 - O-ring
- Replace
10 - O-ring
- Replace
11 - Retaining clip
12 - Fuel rail
13 - O-ring
- Replace
- Moisten with clean engine oil
14 - Retaining clip
- Make sure clip is correctly seated on fuel injector and fuel rail
15 - 10 Nm
16 - Throttle Valve Control Module -J338-
- with Throttle Drive (for Electronic Power Control (EPC)) -G186-, Throttle Drive Angle Sensor 1 (for Electronic Power Control (EPC)) -G187- and Throttle Drive Angle Sensor 2 (for Electronic Power Control (EPC)) -G188-
17 - Gasket
- Replace
18 - 10 Nm
19 - Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor -G42-
20 - O-ring
- Replace
21 - Intake manifold
