Electronic Power Control (EPC) Warning Lamp -K132-, Testing

Testing operation of warning lamp

- Switch on ignition.
- The engine control module switches on the EPC warning lamp.
- Start the engine.
- If the Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) memory has not registered any faults relating to the electronic throttle, the EPC warning lamp should go out shortly after starting the engine.

NOTE: The warning lamp signal is transmitted between engine control module and instrument cluster via CAN-Bus. Testing data transfer between engine control module and other control modules with CAN interface.
