Separating locations
- Separating cut for engine console
- Separate original joint.
- Remove front partial section.
- Drill out spot welds - a - using a 7 mm drill bit.
- Remove remaining section.

Replacement part
- Engine console

Preparing new part







- Drill 7 mm holes for SG plug weld seam.

Welding in
- Attach new part using straightening bracket.







- Weld in console, SG plug weld seam.
- Weld in spot welds - a - from outside with SG plug weld seam.
