Electrical Mirror Adjuster Unit, Replacing

- Disconnect battery.
- Use fabric adhesive tape to protect mirror housing on top and bottom.







- Press mirror glass - 2 - out of mirror adjuster unit - 1 - using special tool 80-200, starting at bottom and then top.
- Remove Torx bolts (3 x) from mirror adjuster unit - 1 -.
Tightening torque when installing: 1 Nm.







- Swivel mirror adjuster unit - 1 - over to side.
- Remove Torx bolts (3 x) from mounting plate - 2 -.
Tightening torque when installing: 1 Nm

- Unclip connector for electrical mirror adjuster, and pull out wiring between mounting plate - 2 - and mirror housing.
- Installation is carried out in reverse order.
