Molded Headliner And Sun Visors, Removing And Installing







1 - Molded headliner
- Removing molded headliner

- Remove upper A-pillar trim
- Remove A-pillar insulation
- Remove roof-rail trim
- Remove upper C-pillar trim
- Detach connector if interior mirror is of automatic anti-glare type.
- Remove cover for molded headliner cut-out and reading lamp - 4 -.
- Disconnect harness connector for anti-theft alarm sensor and hands-free microphone
- Remove sun visors
- Remove lighting for make-up mirror - 3 -
- Remove sun visor holders
- Unclip molded headliner at the front
- Unfasten Velcro strip - 2 - on left and right.
- Take out molded headliner through tailgate.

3 - Make-up mirror light
4 - Cover panel for molded headliner cut-out







Removing and installing cover for molded headliner cut-out and interior light
- Pry out cover for interior light - 3 - at locations - 2 -.
- Pry out cover panel for molded headliner cut-out - 1 - at locations - 4 -.







Removing make-up mirror light
- Pry out make-up mirror light - 1 - at position - 2 -.
- Remove make-up mirror light - 1 - in direction of arrow.
- Disconnect harness connector.







Unclipping molded headliner
- Detach molded headliner - 1 - at clips - 2 -.







Disconnecting connector for anti-theft alarm sensor and hands-free microphone
- Unclip trim - 1 - on left side at - 2 -.
- Disconnect harness connector - 4 - for anti-theft alarm sensor.
- Disconnect harness connector - 3 - for hands-free microphone - 5 -.
