• With oil level thermal sensor (G266) => [ ]

• Replace
5 Oil line

7 Oil pump
• Do not disassemble
• With relief valve
• Removing and installing => [ Oil Pump ] Service and Repair
8 Chain tensioner
• Secure using drift (T40011) before removing
• Do not disassemble
• Removing and installing => [ Oil Pump ] Service and Repair
9 Oil pan (upper section)
• Removing and installing => [ Oil Pan, Upper Section ] Oil Pan, Upper Section
10 Drive chain for oil pump
11 Chain sprocket for oil pump
• Component of crankshaft
12 Bolt
• Observe varying lengths
• Tightening sequence and torque specification => [ Position the upper section of the oil
pan and tighten all of the bolts in the sequence to
5 Nm. ] Oil Pan, Upper Section
13 45 Nm
14 Sealing plugs
15 M6 = 9 Nm; M8 = 20 Nm
16 Pulsation damper
17 Suction line
• Clean strainer if contaminated
18 9 Nm
19 9 Nm
20 Oil drain plug - 30 Nm
21 Seal
• Replace

1. Insert bolt (10 Nm) using locking compound; locking compound.
2. Sealing ring; replace
