TV Tuner (Analog/Hybrid), from MY 06

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Fiber optic plier repair set (VAS 6223)

• Protective cap for cable connector (VAS 6223/9)

• If control module is replaced, select "Replacement" function for appropriate control module in "Guided Fault-Finding" routine. Use the Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System (VAS 5051) to do so.

- Switch off all electrical consumers.

- Remove the key.

Removing

- Open left luggage compartment storage bin.

- Loosen the nuts - arrows - (6 Nm) and remove the fuse panel - 1 -.





- Remove bolt - 4 - and nuts - 2 - and - 3 - (3 Nm).





- Disconnect all connectors from the control modules.

- Attach the (VAS 6223/9) - 1 - onto the MOST bus connectors - 2 -.





- Remove holder - 1 - with control modules.





- Remove bolts - arrows - (3 Nm) on TV Tuner - 2 - and remove it from bracket - 1 -.





Installing

- Install in reverse order.
