Charge Air Cooler, Removing And Installing

Removing
- Lock carrier in service position.







- Remove air hose -1-.
- Disconnect connector -2- from Charge air pressure sensor -G31-.







- Remove air duct in front of charge air cooler (arrows).
- Remove lower air hose to charge air cooler.
- Remove charge air cooler from underneath.

Installing
Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following:
- Install lock carrier.

Tightening torque
