Brake booster vacuum pump, removing and installing

Removing





- Remove front engine cover - arrows -.





- Remove bolts - arrows -.
- Remove air duct - 1 - and - 2 -.





- Disconnect vacuum hose - 1 - at vacuum pump.
- Remove bolts - arrows - and remove vacuum pump.

Installing
Installation is in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Note:
^ Replace O-rings.
^ Secure all hose connections using hose clamps appropriate for the model type.





- Position vacuum pump coupling - 1 - so that it engages the symmetrical groove of camshaft - arrows - when installing vacuum pump.
