Radio Head Unit "Concert II", Removing And Installing

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required







- Radio release tool T10057

1mNOTE: Should radio head unit require replacement, follow applicable component "Replacement" procedure using VAS 5051/5051 in operating mode "Guided Fault Finding"

CAUTION:
- Switch off all electrical consumers.
- Switch ignition off and remove ignition key.

Removing:







- Insert radio release tools T10057 -as illustrated - into slots until they engage. Pointed ends of grips must face outwards.
- Grasp hold of tool grips and pull radio head unit out of instrument panel.
- Disconnect electrical connections.
- Remove release tools from radio.

Installing:
- Connect electrical connections and antenna cable.
- Slide radio head unit carefully into instrument panel and engage in mounting frame.
