Brake Booster Vacuum Sensor: Service and Repair

Brake booster pressure sensor G294, removing and installing

Removing
- Remove plenum chamber cover.
- Pull electrical connector out downward.





- Remove bolts - arrows -.

Note: The pressure sensor may be secured with clips on some versions.





- Disconnect brake system vacuum pump V192 from non-return valve as shown in illustration.
- - 1 - Brake booster
- - 2 - Vacuum line
- - 3 - Hose clip
- - 4 - Pressure sensor
- - 5 - Non-return valve

- Remove pressure sensor.

Installing
Installation is in reverse sequence.
