Trunk Lid Contact Switch, Removing And Installing

Removing
- Remove trunk lid lock.







- Pry off plastic catch -3- from retaining bolts -1- using a flat screwdriver.
- Bend plastic tab fully to rear.
- Pull contact switch -2- first to the side and then upward out of trunk lid lock.

Installing
Installation is reverse of removal, paying attention to the following:

NOTE: Make sure that the washers between plastic catches and trunk lid lock have proper seating.
