Speaker Assembly Carrier On Vehicles With CD-changer, Removing And Installing







1 - Speaker assembly carrier.
- Remove rear panel center trim.
- Loosen rear panel cover (without removing the mounting point for the outer seat belt floor assembly) and insert a wedge between rear panel cover and crossmember for roll bar.
- Remove rear panel side trim.
- Remove center speaker.
- Remove right storage compartment on vehicles with navigation.
- Remove clips - 7 - on vehicles without navigation.
- Remove bolts - 6 - (3x).
- Disconnect harness connector to actuator for center storage compartment.
- Disconnect cable harness from loudspeaker assembly carrier - 1 -.
- Press floor mat downward and unscrew nuts - 2 - (2x).
- Remove bolts - 3 - (2x).
- Remove bolts - 5 - (2x).
- Remove nut - 4 - (2x).
- Pull speaker assembly carrier - 1 - forward.
2 - Nut (2x)
- Tightening torque 8 Nm
3 - Bolts (2x)
- Tightening torque 8 Nm
4 - Nut (2x)
- Tightening torque 8 Nm
5 - Bolts (2x)
- Tightening torque 8 Nm
6 - Bolts (3x)
- Tightening torque 1.5 Nm
7 - Clip
8 - Right storage compartment
9 - Left storage compartment
