Speaker Assembly Carrier (vehicles Without CD-changer), Removing And Installing







1 - Speaker assembly carrier
- Loosen rear panel cover (without removing the mounting point for the outer seat belt floor assembly) and insert a wedge between rear panel cover and crossmember for roll bar
- Remove rear panel side trim
- Remove clips - 6 - on vehicles without navigation.
- Remove right storage compartment on vehicles with navigation
- Disconnect harness connector to actuator - 7 - for center storage compartment.
- Disconnect cable harness from loudspeaker assembly carrier - 1 -.
- Remove clip - 11 -.
- Remove bolt - 10 - (1x).
- Press floor mat downward and remove nuts - 2 - (2x).
- Remove bolts - 3 - (2x).
- Remove bolts - 5 - (2x).
- Remove nut - 4 - (2x).
- Pull speaker assembly carrier - 1 - with compartment - 9 - forward and disconnect harness connector to loudspeaker.
2 - Nut (2x)
- Tightening torque 8 Nm
3 - Bolts (2x)
- Tightening torque 8 Nm
4 - Nut (2x)
- Tightening torque 8 Nm
5 - Bolts (2x)
- Tightening torque 8 Nm
6 - Clip
7 - Lock actuator for center flap
8 - Right storage compartment
9 - Left storage compartment
10 - Bolt (1x)
11 - Clip
