Input Shaft, Pinion Shafts, Differential, Angled Transmission


Input shaft, pinion shafts, differential, angled transmission and shift rods, removing and installing





1. Input shaft 1st to 4th gear
^ Installation position - Fig 1
2. Selector shaft with shift fork for 1st and 2nd gear
^ Installation position - Fig 2
3. Selector shaft with shift fork for 3rd and 4th gear
^ Installation position - Fig. 2
4. Pinion shaft 5th/6th and reverse gear
5. Selector shaft with shift fork for 5th and 6th gear
^ Installation position - Fig 2
6. Shift fork reverse gear
^ Installation position - Fig. 2
7. Input shaft
8. Reverse shaft
9. Thrust plate
10. Vent
^ Connect with slave cylinder - 15 -
11. Clip
12. Clutch housing
13. Sealing washer for input shaft
14. O-ring
^ Replace
15. Slave cylinder with release bearing
16. Hex head bolt, 13 Nm
^ 3 pieces
17. Cone head bolt, 25 Nm
18. O-ring
^ Always replace
19. Angled transmission
^ Disassembling and assembling

20. Bolt, 40 Nm - 450 Nm
21. Washer
22. O-ring
^ Always replace
23. O-ring
^ Always replace
24. Hex head bolt, 12 Nm
25. Speed sensor
26. O-ring
^ Always replace
27. Differential

The lower bearing of the selector shaft - arrow - is bolted to the cover at transmission housing.
