Differential Mount: Service and Repair

Bonded rubber bushing for rear final drive, removing and installing

Special tools and equipment





- 3346 support arm bearing tool 3301 bearing T10030/2 pipe T10030/5 cross arm 3348/1 front and rear bearing tool

Removing
- First remove spring.
- Remove entire subframe and rear final drive together.
- Subframe, removing and installing; Refer to cross-member.





- Support the rear final drive.
- Remove socket head bolts (arrows).
- Remove crossmember from rear final drive.





- Remove socket head bolt - 1 -.
- Slide rear final drive about 15 - 20 mm (arrow).

- Attach special tools.

- Remove bonded rubber bushing by turning support arm bearing tool.

Installing
Installation position of bonded rubber bushing





Arrow on bonded rubber bushing - 1 - must face upward or downward.





- Attach special tools.
- Install bonded rubber bushing by turning support arm bearing tool.

Installing
Installing subframe and spring is performed in reverse order
