Three-point Seat Belt With Belt Tensioner, Removing And Installing







1 - Belt tensioner
- Removing three-point seat belt
- Disconnect battery.
- Unscrew anchorage point for outer floor assembly.
- Unscrew anchorage point for seat belt guide
- Remove the appropriate side of the rear panel
- Remove right storage compartment or left.
- Remove speaker.
- Remove bolt - 5 - (1x).
- Remove belt tensioner - 1 - with anti-twist mechanism - 2 - from mount - 3 -.
- Remove belt tensioner - 1 - toward front.
- Disconnect harness connector - 6 - at belt tensioner.

- Installing
- After installing passenger side three-point seat belt, check belt function for child seat.

2 - Anti-twist mechanism
3 - Mount
4 - Washer
5 - Bolt(1x)
- Tightening torque 55 Nm
6 - Harness connector for belt tensioner







Removing side speaker
- Remove bolts - 2 - (3x).
- Disconnect harness connectors to speaker - 1 -.

NOTE:
- After connecting the battery, check vehicle equipment (radio, clock, electric windows)
- If the airbag Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) -K75- signals a malfunction, DTC memory must be erased and then checked again using the vehicle diagnostic, testing and information system VAS 5051 A scan tool.
