Protective Tube, Installing On Side Airbag Cable

NOTE: When installing a side airbag unit without protective tube -B-, retrofit module with a protective tube.







- Slide protective tube -B- onto side airbag cable at side airbag unit -5- until stop. Marking -1- must be located at connector -4-.
- Unfold and secure protective tube -B- using adhesive strips -A-.
- Remove white foil from chafe protection strip -C- and adhere chafe protection strip between markings -2- and -3-.
- Remove yellow foil and wrap around protective tube.
