Charge Air Cooler (Intercooler), Removing and Installing

^ Remove noise insulation - arrows -.
^ Remove front bumper.
^ Remove right- hand headlight.
^ Remove activated charcoal filter.
^ Disconnect air hose from top of charge air cooler.





^ Unscrew 2 bolts - arrows - for charge air cooler.
^ Unclip cowl from charge air cooler.





^ Detach air hose - 2 - from bottom of charge air cooler.
^ Remove lower securing bolt - 1 - for charge air cooler.
^ Take out charge air cooler from underneath.

Installation is carried out in the reverse order:
^ Adjust headlights.
