1 Fuel injector insert - 3 Nm
- Insert with locking compound
- Locking compound
2 O-ring
- Always replace
- Coat with clean engine oil

4 Supply hose
5 Return hose
6 Harness connector
- For injectors
- 4x
7 Socket-head screw - 10 Nm
8 Fuel pressure regulator
9 O-ring
- Always replace
10 O-ring
- Always replace
11 Retaining clip
12 Fuel rail
13 O-ring
- Always replace
- Coat with clean engine oil
14 Retaining clip
- Make sure clip is correctly seated on fuel
- injector and fuel rail
15 10 Nm
16 Throttle valve control module -J338-
- With throttle drive (power accelerator actuation) -G186-, angle sensor -1- for throttle drive (power accelerator actuation) -G187-, and angle sensor -2- for throttle drive (power accelerator actuation) -G188-
17 Gasket
- Always replace
18 10 Nm
19 Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor -G42-
20 O-ring
- Always replace
21 Intake manifold
