Note:
^ Replace complete repair kit when performing service work.
^ New brake calipers are filled with brake fluid and pre-bled.
^ Apply thin coat of assembly paste G 052 150 A2 to brake cylinder, piston and sealing ring.

1. Protective seal
2. Bleed screw - 10 Nm
^ Apply thin coat of assembly paste G 052 150 A2 to threads before screwing in
3. Cap
^ Insert in mounting bushing
4. Guide pin - 28 Nm
5. Mounting bushing
^ Insert into brake caliper housing
6. Brake caliper housing
7. Brake carrier
8. Retaining spring
^ Insert both ends in the holes in brake caliper housing
9. Seal
^ Do not damage when inserting piston
10. Piston
^ Apply thin coat of assembly paste G 052 150 A2 to piston
11. Protective seal
^ Pull outer sealing lip onto piston
