Hydraulic Pump, Removing And Installing







1 - Noise chamber
2 - Hex bolts
- 8 Nm
3 - Solenoid valve

CAUTION: Solenoid valves must only be threaded into the hydraulic pump in activated (energized state) using output Diagnostic Test Mode (DTM).

4 - Oil reservoir
- Mounting bolts must only be tightened to 2 Nm after replacing oil reservoir.







5 - Hydraulic pump
- Remove convertible top before disassembly.
- Removing:
- Remove noise chamber - 1 - first.
- Remove hex-bolts - 2 -.
- Lift hydraulic pump up and out through hole in floor of convertible top storage compartment.
