Spray Jets, Adjusting

Special Tools and Equipment







- Windshield wiper adjustment tool 3125 A assembled with needle 3125/5A
- Mark the four points on windshield using a water soluble marker.


NOTE:







- Adjustment dimensions are calculated from side of drip rail -1- and at bottom, from secondary cover of plenum chamber -2-.
- The adjustment dimensions indicate the required values for the driving vehicle, i.e. when standing still, the spray jets spray in a slightly offset manner.


- Set the individual spray jets onto points using adjustment tool.








Adjust spray jets as follows:

Position Adjustment values in mm
a = 400 ± 50
b = 190 ± 50
c = 420 ± 50
