Assembly overview







1 - Rear window
- When installing, align according to dimension -f-
2 - Adhesive stopper profile
- Glue on next to busbar See Fig. 1
3 - Upper spacers
- Qty: 4
- Glue on at an equal distance on rear window flange
- Dimension -c- = 1 mm (+1.5/-0 mm) (0.039 in. (+0.059/-0 in.))
4 - Adhesive bead
Note different distances of adhesive bead from edge of rear window:
- Dimension -b- = 12 mm ± 2 mm (0.472 in. ± 0.079 in.)
- Dimension -d- = 13 mm ± 2 mm (0.512 in. ± 0.079 in.)
- Dimension -e- = 10 mm ± 2 mm (0.394 in. ± 0.079 in.)

Bead cross-section:
- Bead width = 8 mm ± 2 mm (0.315 in. ± 0.079 in.)
- Adhesive bead height = 12 mm (+3/-0 mm) (0.472 in. (+0.118/-0 in.))

5 - Spacers
- Note different heights
- Standard glass rear window: dimension -x- = 6.3 mm (0.248 in.)
- Insulated glass rear window: dimension -x- = 4.9 mm (0.193 in.)

- Glue on adhesive stopper profile -2- at distance -a- = 10 mm (0.394 in.) from rear window seal -1-.
- Glue spacers onto rear window according to markings.
