Seal Insert For Gas Station Fuel Nozzle, Removing And Installing - All Engines

Special tools and test equipment







- 3332 Pressure piece







- 3438 Hook

Removing
- Thoroughly clean area around fuel filler neck.
- Remove fuel cap from filler neck.







- Insert 3438 hook into left-inner hole of seal insert.

NOTE: If 3438 hook is not available, use a locally manufactured hook.

- Release both tabs -arrows- using thin screwdriver.
- Pull out insert using hook.

Installing
- Press in seal insert using 3322 mandrel until tabs engage.
Installation position: tab slots are on top and bottom.
