Defroster Flap Motor -V107-, Removing And Installing

- Remove glove box







- Disconnect harness connector -A-.
- Remove 3 bolts -B-.
- Disengage actuating arm and remove positioning motor.


NOTE: The lever arm of the stepper motor installed on the version "2" air conditioning unit is different from the arm installed on version "1".


- Remove bolts -C- (3x) and detach positioning motor -B- from bracket -D-.


Notes for installation:
- After installing, always carry out On Board Diagnostic (OBD) of air conditioning system.
- When installing the positioning motor, make sure that the actuator arm is properly engaged.
- Install the wiring harness so that it cannot come in contact with any moving parts (e.g. the actuating arm on the positioning motor).
