ATF lines and ATF cooler, servicing
ATF lines, removing and installing

Note:
^ Observe rules for cleanliness when working on the automatic transmission.
^ Refer to General repair instructions.
^ To install ATF lines, first insert the lines into the transmission or cooler by hand as far as they will go, then bolt on.
^ After replacing ATF lines check ATF level. Checking ATF level and topping off.

Vehicles with 1.8 Liter 4-cyl. Turbo engine

1. Combi bolt - 5 Nm
2. O-rings Replace Lubricate with ATF when installing
3. O-ring
^ Replace
^ Lubricate with ATF when installing
4. Combi bolt - 5 Nm
5. Union nut - 29 Nm
6. Union nut - 29 Nm

2. Combi bolt - 40 Nm
3. Additional ATF filter
4. Combi bolt - 20 Nm
