Charge air cooler, removing and installing
Removing
^ Lock carrier in service position, Refer to Body and Frame, Radiator Support, Service and Repair





^ Remove air hose -1-.
^ Unplug connector -2- from charge air pressure sensor -G31-.





^ Remove air duct in front of charge air cooler -arrows-.
^ Remove bottom air hose to charge air cooler.
^ Remove charge air cooler from underneath.

Installing
Install in reverse order:
^ Install lock carrier, Refer to Body and Frame, Radiator Support, Service and Repair





Tightening torque
