Refrigerant Lines For Condenser, Removing And Installing

Disconnecting
- Remove noise insulation:
- Remove complete front bumper:
- Discharge A/C refrigerant system







- Remove bolts -A- (tightening torque 20 Nm).
- Remove refrigerant line from condenser.

NOTE: Close all open lines and connections on condenser with suitable caps (avoid dirt and moisture from entering the system).

Connecting
Installation is reverse of removal, noting the following:
- Replace O-Ring-seals -B- (11.1 mm x 2.4 mm) and -C- (14.0 mm x1.8mm).







- Check positions of refrigerant lines -A-, they must be fully engaged in bracket -B-and cannot come in contact with other components.
