Additional ATF filter, servicing

Note:
^ Observe rules for cleanliness when working on automatic transmission.
^ Refer to General repair instructions.
^ Before fitting a replacement transmission, always blow through the ATF cooler and ATF lines with compressed air (not more than 10 bar) and replace the additional ATF filter. If the ATF that comes out is very dirty, the ATF lines and ATF cooler must additionally be flushed out with clean ATF.
^ To install ATF lines, first insert the lines into the transmission or cooler by hand as far as they will go, then bolt on.
