1 - Air conditioning unit
- Disassembling and assembling
2 - Coolant line
- Return tube
3 - Coolant line
- Supply tube
4 - Bracket for refrigerant lines
5 - Bolt
6 - Protection cover for coolant lines
7 - Clamps
- Always replace
- Check for proper seating
- Tightening torque for bolts: 2.5 Nm
8 - O-ring seal
- Always replace
9 - Heater core
10 - Cover
- Opening only on vehicles with air conditioner, installed without auxiliary heating element.
- The cap is the same as cap on heater element for additional heater, except openings for connectors are sealed (air tight)
11 - Heater element for auxiliary heater -Z35-
- Only installed on vehicles with Diesel engine
- Not applicable in USA
12 - Sealing plug
- Only installed on vehicles without glove compartment cooling
13 - Air duct for glove compartment
- Only installed on vehicles without glove compartment cooling
14 - Flange for evaporator drain
- The evaporator drain remain in the vehicle during removal of air conditioner
