Removing and installing rotor on rear axle
Removing
- Raise vehicle.
- Remove wheel.
- Remove the brake caliper.
- Hang up brake caliper on bodywork.
- Inspect rotor for signs of damage or dirt.
- If the rotor is damaged, remove and replace the wheel hub with rotor.
- Removing and installing wheel hub, Refer to Steering and Suspension
- Removing and installing wheel bearing housing, Refer to Steering and Suspension.
Installing
Install in reverse order.
- Route speed sensor cable back in original position see removal.
- Grease the O-ring of the speed sensor all around with lubricating paste G 000 650 before inserting.
