Headlight Beam Adjusting Motors, Removing And Installing

Removing
- Remove headlight.
- Remove housing cover from headlight housing.







- Remove bolts -arrows-.
- Push out ball head of adjustment axle by swinging adjusting motor -2- to the side out of ball head mount.
- Disconnect electrical harness connector -1-.

Installing
Installation is reverse of removal, paying attention to the following:
- Install headlight.


NOTE: Always adjust headlights after adjusting motors are removed and installed or are replaced.

Tightening torque
Adjusting motor for vertical headlight beam control to headlight housing: 1.2 Nm
