Tank Flap, Component Overview (Front Wheel Drive)

- To remove tank flap, remove only three illustrated bolts.

Special tools and equipment
- 3370 special tool
Removing
- Remove the three bolts designated with arrows.
- Remove tank flap vertically from chassis cut-out using special tool 3370.
- Remove bolts (arrows) of release cable.
Installing
Installation is the reverse of removal, noting the following:
- In order to route overflow hose without kinks, rubber cup must be installed as follows:
- The edge of the overflow hole must be flush with the edge of the square hole as depicted (arrows).
