1 - Fuel injector insert - 3 Nm
- Apply locking compound D 000 600 A2 to insert.
2 - O-ring
- Always replace
- Coat with clean engine oil
3 - Fuel injectors -N30- through -N33-
- Always replace
- Coat with clean engine oil
4 - Supply hose
5 - Return hose
6 - Harness connector
- For injectors
- 4x
7 - Socket-head screw - 10 Nm
8 - Fuel pressure regulator
9 - O-ring
- Always replace
10 - O-ring
- Always replace
11 - Retaining clip
12 - Fuel rail
13 - O-ring
- Always replace
- Coat with clean engine oil
14 - Retaining clip
- Make sure clip is correctly seated on fuel injector and fuel rail
15 - 10 Nm
16 - Throttle valve control module -J338-
- With throttle drive (power accelerator actuation) -G186-, angle sensor -1- for throttle drive (power accelerator actuation) -G187-, and angle sensor -2- for throttle drive (power accelerator actuation) -G188-
17 - Gasket
- Always replace
18 - 10 Nm
19 - Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor -G42-
20 - O-ring
- Always replace
21 - Intake manifold
