Central Electric Unit and Relay Carrier, Replacing

WARNING! Before working on the electrical system disconnect the battery Ground strap.

NOTE:
- On vehicles with coded radio, obtain anti - theft code before disconnecting battery.
- When the battery is reconnected, re - activate electrical equipment (radio, clock, electric windows, engine management).

Removing
- Remove storage compartment on driver's side.





- Loosen two securing bolts -C- and all threaded connections -D- and - E -.
- Pull out relays and control modules.
- Take out central electric unit -B- and relay carrier -A- from below.

Installing
- Install in reverse sequence.

NOTE: Always refer to the applicable wiring diagram for identification of connections on central electric and relay carrier.
