Trim Panel: Service and Repair

Luggage compartment trim, removing and installing

Note: The luggage compartment trim components must be removed before working on the hydraulic pump.





1 - Spare tire trim
To remove, remove trim retainer -2- and remove trim
Remove spare tire
2 - Trim retainer
3 - Rear lid seal
4 - Luggage compartment trim
Removing:
Remove cover for rear cross panel (~ Fig. 1) and floor covering -5- before removing luggage compartment trim
Pry out clips -6-
Remove screws -7-
5 - Floor covering
Remove cover for rear cross panel before removing floor covering
When installing, floor covering must be pressed into luggage compartment trim -4- at bottom so it fits properly
6 - Clip
7 - Screw

2 - Clips
3 - Seal
4 - Floor covering

- Pry out clips -2- and remove cover -1-.
When installing, seal -3- must be positioned over cover -1-.
