Fuel Pump Relay: Testing and Inspection

- remove fuel pump relay (arrow)
- turn ignition ON





- check using LED tester US 1115 between terminal 46 and ground
- LED tester must light up





- check using LED tester US 1115 between terminal 50 and 51
- crank engine
- LED tester must flicker





- check using LED tester US 1115 between terminal 46 and 50
- LED tester must light up





- check using LED tester US 1115 between terminal 46 and 52
- LED tester must light up

NOTE: If LED tester fails to light up in all tests, check for break in wiring according to wiring diagram. If LED tester lights up in all tests, and still no voltage at fuel pump, replace fuel pump relay
