Hydraulic Brake Booster: Service and Repair
1. Relieve brake system pressure by firmly depressing brake pedal approximately 20 times.2. Remove master cylinder as described at Brake Master Cylinder, Service and Repair.
3. Disconnect pressure and return lines at brake servo.
4. Remove pushrod clevis pin, servo attaching bolts and the servo.
5. Reverse procedure to install, using new gaskets on servo pressure and return lines and torquing lines to 30 ± 5 Nm (22 ± 3.5 ft lb).
6. Bleed brake system before driving.
