Subject: Auto Check System - Bulb Warning Activated
Cause:

Bulb retaining tabs on GRAY bulb holders, P/N 443 945 221 A/222A, may weaken allowing bulb to lose electrical contact.

Production Change:

Only BLACK bulb holders installed.



Service Solution:

Replace GRAY bulb holders with BLACK bulb holders, P/N 443 945 221/222. Parts Department will supply only BLACK bulb holders.

Bulb holders should match in color (left and right). Therefore, it may be necessary to replace both sides.
